Dreams for my friend R.L.D.
Dreams misleading, full of meaning,
Angel wings and orchid fire,
Spinning, twisting, whirling, reeling,
Jungles ring with harp and lyre.
Dreams surrounding, whispers bounding,
Wishfull thought and hope sweet,
Jumping, floating, flying, soaring,
Mountaintop and heaven meet.
Dreams comforting, never wanting,
Smell enchanting lilac rain,
Laughing, sighing, falling, landing,
Encounter night with worlds to gain.
Dreams ascending, friendship lending,
Endless time and promise keep,
Yearning, seeking, hoping, finding,
This oath sworn with faith to leap.
Dreams for you, deep forest hued,
Nothing's really as it seems,
Giving, loving, sharing, hugging,
Be still at peace and live your dreams.
